We want you to feel confident and comfortable shopping with us. While we take great care in the quality and discretion of our products, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Change of Mind
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes all sexual wellness products such as:
- Vibrators
- Lubricants
- Men’s sexual function aids
Even if unopened, these items cannot be returned to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if applicable)

Warranty Support
If a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we will assist you in accessing the warranty benefits. As the retailer, we are your first point of contact and will help facilitate any necessary claims in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return (for faulty items only) is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
